Producer Membership Annual membership fees are assessed at the rate of $1 for each cow in your herd maximun of $3500. For heifer grower membership, fees are $.25 per heifer with a maximun of $2500. Application form Annual memberships industry are available at four levels, bronze for $500 to $999, silver for $1,000 to $,999, gold for $2,000 to $4,999 and platinum for $5,000 or more. Application form Open to all Local or Regional Businesses. Annual membership is $300. Application form Open to all interested participants who do not qualify in the above categories.
