Sweet Treats for Dairy Day at LaunchPAD Children's museum

The Annual Dairy Day at the LaunchPAD Children's Museum had a great turnout this year. Dairy Day was held on June 26th from 10 am to 3 pm. Nearly 200 people came to the Children's Museum for Dairy Day. While the LauchPAD is home to numerous farm to fork stations WIDA brought in baby calves and ice cream from Stenslands Creamery. The children enjoyed getting to see and pet the baby calves in addition to their bowl of ice cream! Kids were also given coloring books and other dairy promotion materials. The Iowa Dairy Princess Grace Howe was also able to attend the event!
